This is super simple and so good!  I love using my crockpot for simple yummy meals.  You can use any cut of pork you would want to. I have used a pork butt roast and it works good but I mainly use pork loin roast.  Simply because Kroger has them on sale often and I stock up.  That cut I use for many pork recipes too.

Ingredients:

1   4 – 5 pork roast (trim fat)
1 large onion, chopped (not finely)
1 green bell pepper, chopped (not finely)
1 yellow pepper, chopped (not finely)
1 red pepper, chopped (not finely)
1 1/2 bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:

Place onions and peppers on bottom of crockpot
Place roast on top of veggies
Pour BBQ sauce over everything

Cook on Low for 6 hours.

Shred pork and let cook another hour.

Serve with Brotchen (German Rolls), or rolls of your choice.

Freezes well.
