Christmas Grinch Bark #ChristmasSweetsWeek
This sweet green and white chocolate candy Christmas bark will remind you of the Grinch, whose heart was two sizes too small. Perfect treat for gift giving or to satisfy a sweet tooth.
  • 1 12 oz pkg of green candy melts
  • 6 oz white candy melts (half of the 12 oz bag)
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Mean One sprinkles
  • large red candy hearts
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the green candy melts using the instructions on the back of the package.
  3. Add the peppermint extract to the melted green candy, stir to combine.
  4. Melt the white candy melts using the instructions on the back of the package.
  5. Spread the green melted candy on the parchment paper lined tray. Make sure it's spread in an even layer. I used a small tray and I didn't spread the melted candy to the edges of the pan, just about half the pan.
  6. Then, using a spoon drop dollops of the white on the green.
  7. Using a wooden skewer, swirl the white into the green. Don't mix the two completely, you want a swirl pattern.
  8. Working quickly, top with sprinkles and large red candy hearts.
  9. Chill in refrigerator for two hours before cutting or breaking the candy into pieces.
  10. Can be stored at room temperature once it has hardened.
