Ham & Cheese Breakfast Calzones

These Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Calzones are perfect for on-the-go morning meals or light dinners with a salad. Make a double batch and freeze them for busy mornings.

Ingredients: Dinner Rolls Eggs Ham Shredded Cheese

On a prepared baking tray, roll or pat each thawed dough ball into a 5-6 inch circle. Set aside.

Scramble the eggs and allow them to cool for a few minutes.

Divide scrambled eggs into equal portions and spoon them onto half of each circle of dough.

Evenly divide the ham cubes and cheese over eggs on each piece of dough.

Fold each piece of dough over and seal using fingers or fork.

Brush the top of the dough with egg wash.

Top each dough pocket with chopped parsley or chives. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
