Ingredients -Red Roasted Peppers -Olive Oil -Spicy Breakfast Sausage -Ground Beef -Red Onion -Garlic -Fresno Chili Pepper -Salt & Pepper -Tomato Paste -Beef Stock -Fire-Roasted Tomatoes -Rigatoni Pasta

Step 1: Heat olive oil, add sausage, beef and as the meat cooks crumble them together. Drain grease and return meat to the pot.

Step 2: Stir in onion, garlic, and hot chili pepper until softened.

Step 3: Season with salt & pepper. Add in tomato paste, beef stock, and let liquid reduce.

Step 4: Add tomatoes, beef stock, and roasted red bell peppers. Simmer to thicken.

Step 5: While sauce is simmering, cook pasta. Save some pasta water for later.

Step 6: Drain pasta and add to sauce with the pasta water. Toss to get everything coated.
