Sparkling Hibiscus Iced Tea
Sparkling Hibiscus Iced Tea is a refreshing and delicious drink to cool off with this summer. With a hint of tartness from the hibiscus tea and a little sweetness from honey, this drink will become a favorite.

- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 family-size hibiscus tea bag or 6-7 regular hibsicus tea bags
- 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup honey
- ice
- 2 cups sparkling water
Fill a gallon sized pitcher with ice.
In a heatproof 4 cup measuring cup add one family size hibsicus tea bag.
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Pour boiling water over tea bag. Let steep for 5 minutes.
Add in honey and stir to dissolve. Taste test to see if you need to add more honey. Pour tea over ice and add in sparkling water, give it a stire.
Chill for an hour before serving.
