Equipment

  • 13 x 9 inch baking pan

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups roasted salted peanuts, divided
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Grease or spray a 13x9 inch pan with nonstick spray and layer half of the peanuts on the bottom of the pan. Set aside for now.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips over medium-low heat until well combined. Add the sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows and stir until all mixed. This will take a few minutes to get the marshmallows completely melted. Keep stirring!
  • Pour the toffee mixture evenly over peanuts.
  • Top with remaining peanuts and let cool either at room temperature or refrigerate. I refrigerate the Pay Day candy bars once they set so they would stay a bit firm and not be so soft.
  • Cut into serving pieces.
