These delicious Puff Pastry Wrapped Asparagus Bundles make a perfect quick and easy appetizer or side dish. Simple to make yet elegant enough to serve at a holiday dinner.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray or use parchment paper.
Roll the puff pastry sheet out and layer generously with cream cheese. Cut puff pastry into 10" strips.
Wrap one strip around two spears of asparagus. Place on baking sheet.
Brush each with beaten egg and sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning. Bake for 12-16 minutes, or until puff pastry is golden brown. Serve immediately.

Keep the puff pastry cold until you're ready to use.
Substitute the garlic and herb cream cheese for another savory kind.
Instead of the everything bagel seasoning, try Parmesan cheese or sesame seeds.
Fresh asparagus is the best to use, frozen will make the puff pastry soggy.
