Santa Munch Christmas Popcorn
Santa Munch Christmas Popcorn is a sweet 5 ingredient snack mix that is quick and easy to make. Perfect for your holiday snacking while watching Christmas movies or to give as gifts.
Ingredients
- 6 cups popcorn (already popped)
- ½ cup white candy melts
- ¼ cup M&M's (green and red)
- 1.5 ounces mini pretzels
- 1 teaspoon Christmas sprinkles (I used red and green sprinkles)
Instructions
- On a large baking sheet, spread popcorn our in a single layer
- Break up half of the pretzels and spread both broken and whole pieces over the popcorn.
- Add the M&Ms over the popcorn.
- Melt the candy wafers in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds, until it's melted and liquid. Be sure to stir every 15 seconds and do not overheat as the chocolate can seize up and become too thick.Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn mix.
- Then add the sprinkles to the popcorn mix and toss everything to make sure the ingredients stick to each other.
Notes
- Substitute your favorite chocolate melts for the white chocolate.
- Swap out the M&M's for your favorite chocolate candy, or Peanut M&M's
- Be sure to remove unpopped kernels from the mix.
- The festive popcorn mix makes great gifts.
