- 1 cup low carb vanilla yogurt
- Juice of one whole fresh lemon (about ½ cup juice)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger OR 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- Zest of one whole lemon grated
- 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Use Maple syrup or Agave nectar in place of the honey
- Non-dairy yogurt or Greek yogurt can be used.
