Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and brown.
Once ground beef is browned, add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and jalapeno and cook until softened. About 5 minutes.
Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Stir in seasonings well with the beef mixture.
Add the tomato paste and peanut butter, stirring in until combined. Let cook about 2-3 minutes before adding the Worchesterhire sauce, tomatoes, and stock.
Simmer for 30 minutes, then add the beans and allow chili to cook for another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
