Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Kabobs

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Kabobs are a fun way to serve the classic sandwich. Perfect for school lunches or snack time.

  • sliced bread
  • peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • jelly or jam
  • fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc)

  • Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread and the jelly on the other. Top the peanut buttered bread with the jelly slice and then cut off the edges of the sandwich. Cut the sandwich into four quarters.
Repeat this for as many sandwiches you need.
  • Grab some fruit or even cheese cubes and start assembling the kabobs – a quarter of the sandwich then a piece of fruit and repeat until the skewer is full.
I like to use the smaller skewers for this one but the larger ones hold more. Kids probably can hand the smaller ones more easily.
