Equipment
13 x 9 inch baking pan
Ingredients
3 1/2cupsroasted salted peanuts, divided
3tablespoonsunsalted butter
2 cupspeanut butter chips
2cupsmini marshmallows
1cansweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Grease or spray a 13x9 inch pan with nonstick spray and layer half of the peanuts on the bottom of the pan. Set aside for now.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips over medium-low heat until well combined. Add the sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows and stir until all mixed. This will take a few minutes to get the marshmallows completely melted. Keep stirring!
Pour the toffee mixture evenly over peanuts.
Top with remaining peanuts and let cool either at room temperature or refrigerate. I refrigerate the Pay Day candy bars once they set so they would stay a bit firm and not be so soft.
