Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate

Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate combines the best flavors of fall with creamy white chocolate, real pumpkin and spices. This rich and delicious drink is easy to make and will easily become a favorite beverage.
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (I used sweetened but unsweetened works, too)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (Not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tbsp Torani Puremade Pumpkin Pie Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (heaping) white chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream, pumpkin spice to garnish drinks, optional

Instructions

  • Using a medium saucepan, add your almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and the Torani's Puremade Pumpkin Pie Sauce - mix well and heat until it's just coming to a boil.  Let it simmer on low for a few minutes while stirring a few times until it's the mixture is blended well and hot.
  • Take the pan off the heat and stir in the vanilla and the white chocolate chips, mixing until they are melted and combined.  That's it.  Pour into mugs, garnish with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin spice or a drizzle of the pumpkin pie sauce.

Notes

This recipe makes two servings so if you are making for a crowd, adjust the recipe as needed.  You can also make this in the slow cooker and let it heat for a couple of hours, mixing a few times.  Also, use whatever milk or milk-free product you prefer.
