Equipment

  • coffee machine
  • your favorite mug
  • mason jar
  • spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) cups strongly brewed Caramel Apple Coffee (I used Door County Coffee and Tea Company's Caramel Apple Coffee)
  • 1 cup milk (I used 2%)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla flavored coffee syrup, divided
  • 1 tbsp caramel flavored sauce, divided

Instructions

  • Pour the coffee evenly into 2 large mugs. In each mug add 1/2 tablespoon pf each pf the vanilla and the caramel syrups, stir to combine.
  • To froth the milk: In a mason jar, add the milk (no more than halfway in the jar) and place the lid on. Shake jar vigorously for about 30-60 seconds, or until the milk is frothy and has just about doubled in volume.
Then take the lid off the jar and heat milk in microwave uncovered for about 30 seconds. The foam will rise to the top of the milk and that’s okay.
Using a spoon to keep the foam out of the mug, evenly pour the warmed milk into each coffee cup. Spoon milk foam onto your lattes and enjoy. If yo want to enjoy the latte iced, simply pour the latte over ice.
