Enjoy this delicious fall flavored Vanilla Caramel Apple Latte without the coffee shop prices in the comfort of your home.

I received complimentary product from sponsor companies to aid in the creation of the #FallFlavors Week recipes. All opinions are mine alone. #ad #sponsored

This is my last recipe for #FallFlavors Week and it’s one that I can’t stop making! I love coffee shop drinks but really can’t afford my habit of them with the prices.  Making them at home is cheaper and way better, in my opinion. That’s not to say I don’t still enjoy buying one every now and then.

This delicious Vanilla Caramel Apple Latte packs a punch with flavor especially with the Door County Coffee and Tea Company flavor, Caramel Apple.  The coffee alone is simply wonderful, then add a little vanilla and add just a little more caramel with some steamed milk and you are in heaven.  Seriously.

Before I share the recipe, let’s talk about the #FallFlavors sponsors and giveaway.   We have 24 bloggers sharing their best fall recipes this week with the help of two wonderful sponsors, Door County Coffee and Tea Company and Millican Pecan.  They generously supplied us with samples of their products.  How cool is that? I love both companies’ products!

Monday, I shared my recipe for Chocolate Cappuccino Biscotti with Pecans using Millican Pecan’s Cappuccino Pecans, which are so addicting.  Wednesday, these Pumpkin Spice Glazed Scones made their appearance on the blog. Today, of course, is this latte.  At the end of this post, you will find  all of today’s recipes linked up.

Tips to make this Vanilla Caramel Apple Latte:

This recipe is super easy! Brew your coffee a bit stronger than you normally would.  This recipe will make two lattes.

Keurig with Door County Coffee

When using the vanilla flavored syrup and the caramel sauce, start with the amount in the recipe and then taste the coffee before adding the milk.  If you feel you need more of one or both of the flavorings, add a little more. A little really does go a long way with the flavorings.  You can find the flavor syrups and sauces in the coffee aisle in the grocery stores.

To make the milk froth:  In a mason jar, add the milk (no more than halfway in the jar) and place the lid on.

milk in mason jar ready to steam and froth

Shake jar vigorously for about 30-60 seconds, or until the milk is frothy and has just about doubled in volume. Then take the lid off the jar and heat milk in microwave uncovered for about 30 seconds. The foam will rise to the top of the milk and that’s okay. Using a spoon to keep the foam out of the mug, pour the warmed milk into the coffee. Spoon milk foam onto your latte and enjoy.

I used some of my caramel apple coffee in a dessert recipe, but now I need to use the rest to actually make a coffee drink – and this one sounds perfect!
