Blood Orange Strawberry Papaya Daiquiri
This refreshing Blood Orange Strawberry Papaya Daiquiri is made with pureed strawberry papayas, blood orange juice, and fresh lime juice. It's a delicious drink to sip on and so simple to make.
Servings: 2 drinks
- 2 whole strawberry papayas, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 cup fresh blood orange juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz rum
- ice
I used a vegetable peeler to take off the skin of the papayas, then cut them in half lengthwise. You will need to scoop out the black seeds and then dice the fruit.
Place the fruit in the blender and puree it. Pour the pureed strawberry papaya through a strainer to strain out the pulp. Add just the juice (not the pulp) back into the blender.
Once that is done, you can juice the blood oranges and lime, adding that to the blender.
Add the rum and about a cup of ice (may need more ice). Blend until desired consistency. Serve and enjoy.
