Ingredients

  • 1 24 ounce package White Almond Bark (or your favorite white chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry powder (made from 1 cup of freeze dried strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries, a few broken into pieces
  • 4 whole Nairn's Chocolate Chip Oat Grahams, broken into pieces.

Instructions

  • Using a food processor or blender, pulse the 1 cup of freeze dried strawberries until it becomes a powder. Measure out 2 tablespoons (set aside) and reserve the rest for later.
  • In a large microwavable safe bowl, add the two cups of white chocolate bark pieces and melt according to the package directions. Alternatively, you can use the stove-top method to melt the chocolate.
  • Pour one-third of the melted white chocolate into a small bowl and add the two tablespoons of strawberry powder. Mix well until it's completely incorporated.
  • You can cover baking sheet with parchment paper, if you want but with the Anolon pan, it's not necessary. Pour an even layer of strawberry chocolate onto baking sheet. Using an offset spatula, smooth the chocolate in an even layer. Immediately top with a few freeze dried strawberries and broken pieces of the chocolate chip oat grahams, along with a small amount of the strawberry powder. Place baking tray into freeze to for 5 minutes or until candy is set.
  • Remove tray from freezer and pour the remaining melted white chocolate over the strawberry later. Using the offset spatula, gently smooth the white chocolate over the pink evenly. Immediately top with more freeze dried strawberries pieces, graham crackers pieces, and more of the strawberry powder. Place tray back into freezer for 10 minutes, or until candy is set and hard.
  • Remove from freezer and break into pieces. Store in airtight container. Can be frozen as well.
