- 4 thick boneless pork chops (½ inch to 1 inch)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Spread the tablespoon of olive oil evenly across the lined baking sheet to create a non-stick surface.
Pat the boneless pork chops completely dry with a paper towel, then arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
