Ingredients

  • 1 cup Colby Jack, cubed
  • 1 cup Gouda, cubed
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
  • fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Cut the Colby Jack and Gouda into small, bite-sized cubes. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
  • On a large tree-shaped platter, begin at the top with a layer of Gouda cubes. Follow with a layer of cherry tomatoes directly beneath the Gouda.
  • Add a layer of Colby Jack cubes, continuing the tree shape as you work downward. Place fresh rosemary sprigs beneath the Colby Jack, giving the tree a touch of greenery.
  • Repeat the pattern by adding another layer of Gouda, followed by another layer of cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the last row of Colby cheese and finish the tree by placing fresh rosemary sprigs at the bottom, completing the festive look with a final touch of greenery. Enjoy.
