Copycat Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry buttermilk powder
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 4 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoons freeze-dried chives
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Measure all ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk together. Store in an airtight jar or container in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
  • To make ranch dressing: combine two tablespoons seasoning mix with ½ cup mayo and ½ cup milk. Whisk to mix, cover and store in the refrigerator until chilled.
  • Makig ranch dip: combine two tablespoons mix with 16 ounces of sour cream. Refrgerate until chilled.
