- 1 box (1 pound) elbow macaroni
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon diced pimentos
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Chop the celery, onion, and pickles into small pieces.
