Crock Pot Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 ounces fresh mushroom slices
  • 2 packets (.87 ounces each) brown gravy mix
  • 2 cups water
  • chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add thge pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker. layer the sliced mushrooms on top.
  • Sprinkle both packets of gravy mix over the mushrooms and slowly pour the water over it.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 - 6 hours. Check at the 4 hours mark to see if the meat is tender and cooked through.
