Ingredients

For the smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk (or your favorite plant based milk)

Toppings

  • 3 - 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender add the frozen fruit (dragon fruit, banana, and mixed berries) and the milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it's a little thick, add just a little more milk. If it's too runny, you can add ice cubes or a half banana.
  • Divide the mixture into two serving bowls. Top with the prepared fresh fruit and seeds. Enjoy!
