Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons salt (adjust to your tastes)
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your tastes)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in bowl and whisk. Pour into a mason jar with a lid or air tight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
  • Use 1 tablespoon of the spice blend to season 1 pound of ground beef. You can either gently rub the seasoning onto both sides of four hamburger patties or mix it directly into the ground beef before forming the patties.
