Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia filets
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 4 slices fresh lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Arrange the fish on the pan, then sprinkle the lemon pepper over the fish, and place a lemon slice on top of each fish filet.
  • Arrange the asparagus on the pan, then fill in the gaps with the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the fish is done. Fish is done when it easily flakes with a fork. You can also see if the tilapia changed to an opaque color.
