  • 4 tilapia filets, thawed if frozen
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasonings to a small bowl and stir well.
  • Lay the filets out flat on the pan, then coat the tops with olive oil. Top with bread crumb mixture, and spread evenly across the filets.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the temperature reaches 145 degrees, golden brown and the fish flakes with a fork. Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired.
