- 4 tilapia filets, thawed if frozen
- ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasonings to a small bowl and stir well.
Lay the filets out flat on the pan, then coat the tops with olive oil. Top with bread crumb mixture, and spread evenly across the filets.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the temperature reaches 145 degrees, golden brown and the fish flakes with a fork. Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired.
