Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies with White Chocolate
Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies with White Chocolate are the easiest and tastiest cookies to make for any occasion.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 15 oz. box strawberry cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until blended and creamy.
Add in the egg and blend again.
Add in the cake mix an mix until combined.
Roll dough into one inch balls. Roll each ball into powdered sugar and then into the sprinkles. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in freezer for about 15 minutes (or refrigerator for 30 minutes)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once dough balls have chilled, flatten slightly and bake for 10 -12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet a couple of minutes before removing to cooling rack.
