Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave at a low temp, stirring often so it doesn’t seize.
Dip one end of the Nutter Butter into the melted chocolate, then set on a parchment-lined tray.
Add sprinkles, then a white chocolate chip off to the side for the hat. Chill in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to allow the chocolate to fully set before finishing the decorating.
Remove cookies from the freezer and now it’s time to dip the other end into the chocolate for Santa’s beard.
Next, use a toothpick to apply a small amount of melted chocolate to the back of the candy eyes and stick them onto the Nutter Butter under the “hat”.
Allow chocolate to be fully set before eating or storing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
