Santa Nutter Butter Cookies

These festive and delicious Santa Nutter Butter Cookies combine the crunch of peanut butter cookies with the smooth sweetness of melted white chocolate and a dash of festive sprinkles.

  • Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave at a low temp, stirring often so it doesn’t seize.
  • Dip one end of the Nutter Butter into the melted chocolate, then set on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Add sprinkles, then a white chocolate chip off to the side for the hat. Chill in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to allow the chocolate to fully set before finishing the decorating.
  • Remove cookies from the freezer and now it’s time to dip the other end into the chocolate for Santa’s beard.
  • Next, use a toothpick to apply a small amount of melted chocolate to the back of the candy eyes and stick them onto the Nutter Butter under the “hat”.
  • Allow chocolate to be fully set before eating or storing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
