- 1 10- ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 16 ounce container sour cream
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 1.4 ounce package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- cut up raw vegetables, bread pieces, crackers, etc.
Drain the thawed spinach thoroughly, pressing out as much water as possible using a strainer, paper towels, or your hands.
In a medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry vegetable soup mix until fully combined.
Fold in the drained spinach and shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly mixed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.Stir before serving and enjoy with sliced bread, crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
