  • 1 10- ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 16 ounce container sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1.4 ounce package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • cut up raw vegetables, bread pieces, crackers, etc.

Instructions

  • Drain the thawed spinach thoroughly, pressing out as much water as possible using a strainer, paper towels, or your hands.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry vegetable soup mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in the drained spinach and shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly mixed.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.
    Stir before serving and enjoy with sliced bread, crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
