Strawberry Lemon Popsicles are an easy way to cool down with something light, fruity, and homemade.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup agave nectar

Instructions

  • Prep the strawberries – Remove the green tops and rinse the berries.
  • Juice the lemons – Use a juicer or squeeze by hand to extract fresh juice.
  • Blend the mixture – Combine strawberries, lemon juice, water, and agave in a blender until smooth.
  • Fill the molds – Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  • Freeze – Place in the freezer and let freeze for at least 6 hours or until fully solid.
