White Chocolate Covered Oreos

White Chocolate Covered Oreos are a simple, no-bake cookie treat that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring well after each, until fully melted (about 2 minutes).
  • Scoop a spoonful of melted chocolate into the Oreo mold or onto parchment paper, covering the bottom with chocolate.
  • Place an Oreo on top of the chocolate and gently press down.
  • Add another spoonful of melted chocolate on top of the Oreo and gently shake or tap the mold so the chocolate covers the Oreo evenly.
  • Sprinkle your favorite sprinkles over the top while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely solid before eating.
