- 8 Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
In a medium bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring well after each, until fully melted (about 2 minutes).
Scoop a spoonful of melted chocolate into the Oreo mold or onto parchment paper, covering the bottom with chocolate.
Place an Oreo on top of the chocolate and gently press down.
Add another spoonful of melted chocolate on top of the Oreo and gently shake or tap the mold so the chocolate covers the Oreo evenly.
Sprinkle your favorite sprinkles over the top while the chocolate is still wet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely solid before eating.
