Happiness is Homemade Link Party: Holiday Wonderfulness

We are deep into Christmas decorations, shopping, entertaining and holiday stress fun. But it’s time for Happiness is Homemade Link Party 251, so sit back and relax for a few minutes while you link up, Pin or enjoy the features others are sharing.

This week has been super busy, with friends over for cocktails and then out to dinner, a sorority sister annual Christmas dinner, volunteering at Ronald McDonald House, and participating in an annual Christmas tablescape blog hop. And, to top it all off, I haven’t been able to talk since last Saturday. A cough and case of a hoarse, froggy throat that either sweaks or rasps is no fun when all you want to do is visit with friends. Sweet Shark has been filling me with Sudafed, Claritin, nose spray, cough medicine and throat drops. Finally, Friday, I stayed home, didn’t whisper a word, stayed in my jammies until noon and binged watched Outlander. Hope this crud doesn’t come to your house. I’d much rather be singing Christmas carols.

So that we all can devote a little more time to family and holiday time, this will be our last link party for 2018. I have so enjoyed being your hostess for December. We will return on January 6th.

The Happiness is Homemade Family wishes you all a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and safe travels.

You know I love creating projects with my Cricut, and Angie at The Country Chic Cottage used her Cricut to make a pretty DIY project for a mantle or table. The downloadable graphic is a keeper for sure. She gives you complete instructions for creating this glowing display.
