Summer Meals and Sides featured on Tasty Tuesdays’ Link Party

In my area, it’s been in the upper 90’s and low 100’s for nearly two weeks now and I’m over it!  Too hot to be cooking in the house most days even with the AC blasting.  This week, I’ve chosen two meals that can be made on the grill (or in the oven) and two sides that are perfect for any summer cookouts.
