Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Mix together Bisquick, cold milk, and grated cheese.
Drop a heaping tablespoon of the dough onto an greased cookie sheet. I used a muffin scoop and it works well
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown.
When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt 1/4 cup butter and parsley, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl in your microwave. Stir. Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits. Serve warm
