Equipment

  • 1 Tray or wooden platter (I used a tray that measured 16″ x 20″)
  • 2 4 ounce jars

Ingredients

  • 8 air fryer french toast sticks
  • 14 mini cinnamon rolls
  • 24 24 mini pancake muffins  You will need 12 each of chocolate chip and sausage
  • 7 slices  bacon, cut in half and cooked (14 halves)
  • 1 pound green grapes
  • 9 fresh strawberries
  • 5 whole Halo oranges, peeled and divided into segments
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 ounces strawberry jam
  • 4 ounces maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add the raspberries and blueberries to 4-ounce mason jars. Then add the jam and syrup to small bowls. Start by arranging the bowls and jars onto the tray. Jam towards the top left, syrup towards the bottom right, blueberries towards the top right, then raspberries, bottom left.
  • Next, arrange 9 cinnamon rolls in the top left corner above and to the right of the jam.
  • Add a vine of grapes under the jam and to the right under the syrup.
  • Layer french toast sticks between the blueberries and syrup, cascading to the right.
  • Pile the bacon between the raspberries and syrup. Arrange segments from 2 oranges underneath the cinnamon rolls.
  • Fill in the area underneath the oranges and grapes with mini chocolate chip pancake muffins, stopping at the syrup bowl to the right, and bacon to the bottom.
  • Fill in the bottom right corner with the sausage pancake muffins. Surround the raspberry jar with the remaining cinnamon rolls.
  • Arrange the strawberries next to the cinnamon rolls and the jam.
  • Fill in the upper right corner with segments from the remaining 3 oranges. Fill in gaps above the raspberries and below the blueberries with grapes.
  • Serve and enjoy
