Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp cold whole milk
  • 3/4 - 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese depending on your taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  • Mix together Bisquick, cold milk, and grated cheese.
  • Drop a heaping tablespoon of the dough onto an greased cookie sheet. I used a muffin scoop and it works well
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown.
  • When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt 1/4 cup butter and parsley, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl in your microwave. Stir. ¬†Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits. ¬†Serve warm
