Easiest way to make biscuits if you ask me. No rolling the dough out or cutting it.  Less mess, less fuss but great taste! The original recipe is from Betty Crocker but I saw it on my favorite food blog, Plain Chicken . I have to tell you, when I first made it, I thought there is no way that butter will not make the biscuits greasy or soggy. I mean it just sits on the bottom of the pan!  But I was so wrong, it soaks up into the dough perfectly leaving a soft, moist and delicious biscuit.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
2/3 – 1 cup milk (you could use buttermilk in place of the milk)
