Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins with Lemon Glaze

Lemon poppy seed muffins! Oh yes, please! I found this recipe through Pinterest and once I stopped drooling over the pictures I knew this one would be made in my kitchen for my own greedy taste buds.  The original recipe is from Picky Cook and I love her step by step pictures for this recipe.  It’s an easy recipe that makes 12 out-of-this-world muffins.  The lemon glaze that you drizzle over the muffins adds the perfect sweetness to the lemon flavor.  They’d be great without the glaze, but let’s face it – why would you NOT want to use it?! I will be needing these muffins in my life again…soon.
