Here’s this week’s Weekly Family Meal Plan! My goal is to make your life just a bit easier. You’ll find a variety of dinner ideas sure to please even the pickiest eater. I plan to post them on Fridays, this way you will have time over the weekend to get to the necessary items on your shopping list for the week. Each week will features recipes from Blogghetti and other fabulous bloggers.

- Thursday – Burgers, Sandwiches, and Wraps
- Friday – Night off
- Saturday – Take-Out at Home

Sweet and Sour Pork is one of my family’s favorite dinners. It’s slow cooked on the stove-top and the pork soaks up all the flavors from the sauce and is so tender. I’ve been making it for over 30 years and it still is the best recipe ever.
Baked Asian Salmon with Maple Glaze from 2 Cookin Mamas is a perfect dinner. Those flavors area amazing! I bet leftovers taste even better, if there are any!

Thursdays are typically sandwich night but we loved this dish I made last week so much we wanted it again. This One Pot Lemon Chicken Orzo is absolutely the easiest skillet meal ever to make. High on flavor and takes 30 minutes to make.

Vanilla Icebox Cake from Books-n-Cooks looks so good and I know my family will love it. It’s still so hot here and frozen treats help make it just a little cooler…mind over matter, right?!
