Brownie Bites with Hershey Kisses
Brownie Bite Kisses are tiny treats that have the gooey, chocolaty indulgence of a classic brownie into a single bite, made even better with the surprise of the addition of creamy Hershey Kisses nestled on top. Simple dessert recipes like these mini brownies are not only fun to make and eat but also perfect for sharing. They are perfect for holiday parties, family gatherings, or any time you need a little something sweet.
Chocolate Kisses are classic candies that make any dessert even better. Adding Peppermint ones and White Chocolate Hugs to the tops gives them a festive flair and would add a beautiful visual appeal to a Christmas cookie tray.
Sometimes, the smallest treats leave the biggest impressions. Brownie bites with Hershey’s Kisses are a perfect example. They’re simple to make yet decadent enough to impress at any gathering. Each one is small enough to savor in a single, satisfying bite. If you are a fan of mini treats, try my easy Key Lime Mousse Tarts or Sugar Cookie Cups, both are more one-bite desserts.
Brownie Bite Kisses
Simple recipes are key during the holidays and this recipe for brownie kisses couldn’t be easier to make. I like to take a shortcut and use a brownie mix but sometimes I do make my Easy Homemade Brownies. Besides the mix and the ingredients on the box, you need the chocolate morsels. That’s it. Simple and delicious.
What Kind of Hershey Kisses Can I Use for Brownie Bites?
You can use any kind you prefer. There are many flavors to try. I like peppermint, white chocolate, and caramel. The chocolate dipped strawberry flavor is my favorite to use in chocolate desserts.

Directions to Make Hershey Kiss Brownie Bites
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin pans with non-stick spray. Set aside. In a medium bowl combine the mix, water, oil, and eggs that are called for on the back of the box.
Fill muffin cups no more than 2/3 of the way full with the batter. Bake in the oven for 18-21 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 2 minutes.
Pressing very lightly, place a Kiss in the center of the brownie. Let cool in the pan for 10 – 12 minutes. Be careful when removing them from the pan as the candy is softened (melted). Cool completely on a wire rack and store in an airtight container. To speed up the setting of the chocolate, place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Serve them at a party, pack them in a lunchbox, or simply enjoy them as an after-dinner treat. For a festive touch, arrange them on a platter and garnish with sprinkles or fresh berries.
Whether you’re hosting a party, packing a lunchbox, or simply indulging in a sweet treat, this is the recipe for you. So, gather your ingredients, fire up your oven, and get ready to enjoy these bite-sized pieces of heaven.
