It’s time for #ChristmasCookies week where more than 25 bloggers are sharing cookie recipes perfect for your holiday celebrations. Hosted by Ellen from Family Around the Table, Christie from A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventures and Heather from Hezzi-D’s Books and Cooks, we invite you to check out the recipes and follow the hashtag so you don’t miss a single one of them. There will also be a list at the end of the posts with links to that day’s recipes links.
We are fortunate to have very generous sponsors, too. The sponsors sent us products to use in creating our cookie recipes.

For this recipe, I used Anolon’s cookie sheet with silicone grips which is an amazing baking pan. Nonstick and the bronze color is so pretty. I also used just about the best vanilla extract ever, from Adams Best. It gives these cookies such a wonderful vanilla flavor without being too strong.
How to Make White Chocolate Cranberry Crinkle Cookies
A few of my crinkle cookie recipes take a shortcut by using a boxed cake mix; however, this recipe is from scratch and is just as easy to make.
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat if you’re not using a nonstick pan like the one from Anolon. I sprayed mine with nonstick spray but it is not necessary. The reason I used it was because I had been baking several types of cookies all day and wanted to be sure these didn’t stick.
Next, add your dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder) in a bowl and whisk to combine, set aside. Grab a large bowl and whisk the melted butter, sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add in the egg and heavy cream, whisk well again.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients and mix with wooden spoon until combined.
Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Using a one tablespoon cookie scoop, roll dough into one inch balls and roll into powdered sugar.
Place dough balls onto baking sheet, two inches apart.
Bake 12-13 minutes. Allow to cool on baking sheet for a minute or two before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
