Deviled Egg Charcuterie Board
This Deviled Egg Charcuterie Board is the ultimate way to serve Easy Appetizer Recipes when you have a crowd to feed. We all know deviled eggs are the first things to disappear at a potluck, so why not make them the star of the show? With salty meats, crisp veggies, and crunchy breadsticks, you turn a simple snack into a full spread.
This deviled egg platter is a great choice for Easter brunch or casual game day gatherings, offering a little bit of everything for guests to graze on. It’s designed for easy assembly and serving, with these creamy bites as the star and surrounding items adding crunch, color, and variety.

I love including these creamy egg appetizers on my Easter menu, especially when I’m serving Slow Cooker Spiral Ham. They pair perfectly with the salty ham, and guests can snack on them while everything else finishes up in the kitchen. If I’m being honest, I would be sneaking some bites even before setting the tray out.
When hosting a bigger crowd, I’ll also set out a Mini Sandwich Charcuterie Board and a few Easy Salad Recipes nearby so everyone has plenty of options to mix and match. It creates a relaxed, help-yourself style spread that feels festive without being fussy.
Deviled Egg Charcuterie Board
Building this charcuterie board with deviled eggs is a breeze, especially if you get the hard-cooked bases ready ahead of time. I love how the savory bites bring so much color and variety to the tray without requiring a ton of extra work.
By simply fanning out your crackers and layering the meats, you can turn a basic appetizer platter into something that looks professionally styled. This mix of party snacks is the perfect middle ground between a light bite and a heavy starter.
Plus, things like the pepperoni roses look impressive but only take a few seconds to twist together, so you can spend less time prepping and more time hanging out with your guests.

Timesaving Tips and Variations
Creating a festive platter can seem time-consuming, but with a few tricks, you can put it together quickly. Here are some ways to save time or customize your spread:
- Prepare the eggs a day ahead to save assembly time.
- Short on time: You can often find pre-peeled hard-cooked eggs at the grocery store.
- Use pre-sliced cheese and make the roses a day in advance for a faster setup.
- Swap in your favorite meats or vegetables depending on what’s on hand.
- Use a paper towel to dab the bottom of the white parts before placing it down. This removes moisture so they stay put and don’t make your crackers soggy.
With these tips, the process will come together quickly, leaving more time to enjoy your guests. Don’t be afraid to get creative and tailor it to your taste and seasonality.

By combining drinks and additional snacks with your platter, you create a complete party experience that’s both satisfying and visually impressive.

Ingredients for a Deviled Egg Charcuterie Board
This platter relies on a mix of textures, including crunchy, creamy, and salty, to create a balanced snacking experience for your guests.
- A Trio of Flavor Variations: You will need 4 to 6 of each (Classic, Bacon, and Ham and Cheese).
- Genoa Salami and Ham: These provide the savory, salty protein base that anchors the board.
- Cheddar and Asiago Cheese: A mix of cubed sharp cheddar and sliced nutty asiago offers variety in every bite.
- Breadsticks and Crackers: These serve the crunch factor.
- Carrots, Celery, and Tomatoes: Fresh vegetables add essential crunch and a bright visual element to the display.
- Pepperoni: Standard pizza-sized slices are transformed into decorative roses for a gourmet touch.

These ingredients work together to create a sophisticated palette of flavors that elevate these hard-cooked appetizers.
How to Assemble a Deviled Egg Platter
Start by making your eggs. See below for the three recipes I used. Cut your cheese, and then your carrots and celery. Cut your ham in half, then roll each half, short end to short end.

To make the pepperoni roses, use a shot glass as your mold. Fold the first slice over the rim so half is inside, and half is outside. Add the next slice, overlapping the first by about halfway, and continue until you have used 10 slices total. Make sure to press the meat firmly against the glass as you go. This helps the rose keep its shape and makes it easy to slide off and set onto your board.

Add your tomatoes to a very small bowl. To assemble, start by arranging the breadsticks towards the top right, at an angle. Above the left side of the breadsticks, place 4 of the ham and cheese eggs. Put the bowl of tomatoes under the breadsticks, towards the middle of them. Add 4 classic deviled eggs on the right underneath the breadsticks, next to the bowl of tomatoes.

Arrange the fanned salami at an angle underneath the bowl of tomatoes. Arrange the bacon filled eggs under the fanned salami to the left. Add the carrot sticks under the classic eggs and the cheddar cubes to the top left corner

Fan the crackers, going down the left side next to the fanned salami. Arrange the rolled ham on the left of the tomato bowl, directly under the breadsticks. Alternate the asiago cheese at the bottom between the bacon deviled eggs and carrots.

Add the celery next to the rolled ham on the left edge of the tray. Add the Pepperoni roses – one above the asiago cheese, the other in the very top right corner. Squeeze any leftover creamy yolk-filled treats into the gaps.
