Easy Ham and Turkey Club Sandwich Pinwheels
Club sandwiches have been around forever and I can recall enjoying them with my Dad at the McCrory’s lunch counter back home in Pennslyvania. The sandwiches were tripled stacked with layers of deli meat with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese with mayo as the spread. They were cut into fourths on the diagonal and a fancy toothpick was inserted in each piece.
Instead of using bread for this sandwich, I’m using a large tortilla shell and filling it with the classic ingredients, rolling it up, and after it’s chilled, cut into slices and serve. This easy pinwheel sandwich recipe is one of our favorites now because it is so easy and inexpensive. Simple ingredients go into these delectable pinwheel sandwiches.
