Fruit Charcuterie Board Ideas

For this fruit charcuterie board, I chose to use fruits that I know my family enjoys but there are many other fruit options and dips to serve with the fruit. The marshmallow fluff and mini marshmallows are at the ends of the rainbow. The chocolate flavored dip is in the center. A time-saving tip is to look in your grocery store’s produce aisle for already prepared fresh fruit if you’re short on time.

Directions

Step 1

Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half. Peel and divide the mandarins.

Step 2

Cut the pineapple by slicing the top and bottom off, then the sides to remove the pineapple skin. Then cut the pineapple into 1 inch chunks.

Step 3

Line your board with parchment paper (optional). Place the bowl of marshmallow fluff in the bottom left corner, just an inch from the left edge. Arrange the marshmallows into the bottom corner of the right, reserving a few to fill in once you’re done.

Step 4

Line the entire left side and top with strawberry halves, then down the right side until they meet the marshmallows. Arrange mandarin segments next to the strawberries, then pineapple chunks next to those.

Step 5

Set the bowl of chocolate dip right in the center, under the pineapple. Next, take the grapes off the vine and arrange them to the right of the marshmallow fluff bowl, up to the pineapple. Then another section of grapes to the left of the pineapple on the right side of the board. Arrange blueberries next to the grapes, around the bowl of chocolate dip. Finally, arrange blackberries underneath the bowl of chocolate dip. Fill in any gaps with fruit and mini marshmallows as needed.
