Marinated Grilled Pork Chops

Have you started to grill yet? Of course you have and if not, this marinated grilled pork chop recipe is one to try. The marinade makes these chops tender and juicy and very flavorful. A little zip from the soy sauce and the spicy mustard and a little sweet from the brown sugar, grilled to perfection. You can even freeze the pork chops in the marinade! Just thaw and grill when you want them. Serve them up with grilled roasted corn on the cob and baked potatoes and you don’t even turn on the oven or dirty any pans. Love the simplicity!

Ingredients:

4 to 6 pork chops
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (can use white/cider vinegar)
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard (or dijon)
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:Place pork chops in a large food storage bag.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the chops.

Seal the bag and turn to coat the pork chops. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours but not longer than 8, turning occasionally.

Grill the chops over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until the chops. Let rest on a plate for a few minutes covered with aluminum foil. This will allow the juices to distribute throughout the chops.

Enjoy!
