Easy fajita-style Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Everything Seasoning are easy to make and you will find yourself making them over and over.
It’s BBQ time! More than one reason we love to use our grill and these Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Everything Seasoning is just one more reason to love grilling.
Recently, I joined a few other food bloggers in and herb and spice swap event to celebrate #HerbandSpiceDay on June 10th. We were given one person to send an herb or spice to and they had to prepare a recipe using it. We are all posting and sharing our creations today, June 3rd! Follow that hashtag to see more recipes.
I was sent two very delicious seasonings from Terri of Our Good Life and I am in heaven. She sent me an Everything Seasoning and a Buttery Cinnamon Roll Seasoning – both from Flavor God. That Cinnamon Roll seasoning is ahhmazing on popcorn, just saying. The Everything Seasoning is different from the Everything Bagel mix you may be used to seeing and using.
Using the Everything Seasoning on these Chicken Skewers was perfect. It has many of the herbs and spices I would use to make fajitas, so making these homemade kabobs was a no-brainer for the grill. Grilled chicken kabobs with vegetables are pretty much a meal for my family. Add some rice and it’s a done deal.
Unlike this Honey Garlic Chicken and Vegetable Kabob recipe, no chicken marinade is needed; which is a time-saving step.
How to Make Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Everything Seasoning
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Prepare your chicken by cutting it into large pieces and place in one bowl. Cut your vegetables into large pieces, as well, and place in another bowl.
Combine the four tablespoons of Everything Seasoning with the 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl. Use half to drizzle over the chicken pieces and toss to coat all sides. Drizzle the remaining half over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Assemble your kabobs using metal skewers. IF you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using them on the grill. This will help them not burn.
Once your chicken and vegetable kabobs are assembled, grill them for 8-10 minutes, turning them every few minutes to evenly cook on all sides. Remove and enjoy.
Change up the vegetables to what you like or have and even use beef in place of the chicken.

I’m in love with the Flavor God Seasonings and use them often now. So many seasoning mixes to try still! The best part of these seasonings is that there isn’t anything in them that isn’t good for you. Check them out. Then order the Everything Seasoning to make these simple and delicious chicken and vegetable kabobs.
