Everyone loves these treat pops and they go super fast in my house. I make them for an easy special treat and often include them with these fruit and rice krispie treat kabobs. You can even add them to a Valentine Charcuterie Board.
What are Rice Krispie Treats?
Rice Krispie Treats are made of rice krispies cereal, melted butter, and marshmallows. For these Valentine’s pops, I dipped the treats into melted white chocolate and covered them in colorful sprinkles. You could use the premade treats from the grocery store to save a step if you are pressed with time.

Steps to Make Valentine’s Day Rice Krispie Treat Pops
Step 1
Line baking pans with parchment paper for easy mess-free clean up.
Step 2
Add butter to a large saucepan, and melt over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows, and stir often until melted. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.
Step 4
If using the 8×8 inch pans, divide the marshmallow mixture between the two prepared pans, and use a buttered spatula (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) to press the mixture down, in an even layer. If using a 13×9 inch pan, spread the mixture into the pan and press down evenly. Transfer pans to the refrigerator to cool and set for 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove the treats from the pan by lifting the parchment paper, then set them on a cutting board. Cut the pan of treats in half the cut each half into 3 rectangles. If using a 13×9 inch pan, cut into 12 evenly sized rectangles.
Step 6
Insert a lollipop stick into each of the rice krispie treats.
Step 7
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 8
Add the candy melts to bowls, and melt according to package directions. Dip the top 2 inches of each treat into the melted chocolate, and set it on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Immediately add sprinkles over the top of the melted candy. Chill for 15 minutes to set.
