I am not a person who can make fancy cheesecakes, but I do love make it as a dip. This Valentine’s Day Cheesecake Dip is one creamy dip that is full of flavor, colorful, and pretty with all of those sprinkles. Kids of all ages will love this dip.

Lately, I’ve been on a Valentine’s Day theme on the blog with this delicious white chocolate popcorn and these cut-out sugar cookies. Delicious recipes that are easy enough to make with the kids helping.

I love recipes that can be made by kids with little or no help from adults. It’s a great way to get them involved in the kitchen and to love cooking and baking.

Step 3

Divide the dip into bowls and add food coloring as desired. Carefully mix until the colors are incorporated. Do not overstir as the dip will deflate. Add small dollops of the differently colored dip to a bowl.

Step 4

Then, run a knife or bamboo skewer around in the dip to create swirls. Do not overstir or the dip will become burgundy.
