Valentine’s Day Cheesecake dip is an easy to make decadent dessert that that whole family will enjoy. This no-bake dip comes together in minutes and uses just a few ingredients and of course, sprinkles. Who doesn’t love sprinkles?!

I am not a person who can make fancy cheesecakes, but I do love make it as a dip. This Valentine’s Day Cheesecake Dip is one creamy dip that is full of flavor, colorful, and pretty with all of those sprinkles. Kids of all ages will love this dip.

Lately, I’ve been on a Valentine’s Day theme on the blog with this delicious white chocolate popcorn and these cut-out sugar cookies. Delicious recipes that are easy enough to make with the kids helping.

I love recipes that can be made by kids with little or no help from adults. It’s a great way to get them involved in the kitchen and to love cooking and baking.

Valentine’s Day Cheesecake Dip

This dessert dip couldn’t be easier to make. The hardest part is deciding which sprinkles to use! Because this recipes uses simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry and refrigerator, you can make this on the spur of the moment.

Ingredients

  • cream cheese, softened
  • powdered sugar
  • marshmallow fluff
  • vanilla extract
  • container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Food coloring in pink and red
  • Various sprinkles
  • Graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, animal crackers, or your choice of dippers

How to Make Valentine’s Day Dip

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and beat until combined.

Step 2

Mix in the marshmallow cream and vanilla. Fold a large spoonful of the thawed Cool Whip into the dip mixture. Then, fold the remaining whipped topping into the dip until completely combined.

Step 3

Divide the dip into bowls and add food coloring as desired. Carefully mix until the colors are incorporated. Do not overstir as the dip will deflate. Add small dollops of the differently colored dip to a bowl.

Step 4

Then, run a knife or bamboo skewer around in the dip to create swirls. Do not overstir or the dip will become burgundy.

Step 5

Top the dip with assorted sprinkles.

Step 6

Spoon into a serving bowl. Serve with your choice of cookies (like vanilla wafers, butter cookies, shortbread cookies, sugar cookies, and/or gingersnaps) or fruit.

  • 1 7 ounce container marshmallow fluff (cream)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
