Are you using the right cooking oil for your recipes?I don’t know about you but I am a person of habit and usually stick to what I know when it comes to using cooking oils. I am an EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) gal and I use canola oil for the rare occasion that I fry anything so when I saw this article on FIX.com I knew I had to read it and educate myself on the different kinds of oils out there. Wow, there are some I have never heard of – cottonseed oil for one, which is high in Vitamin E and has a high smoke point (good to know for frying). The article is so informative that I wanted to share it with you all so you can learn all about the cooking oils as I did.
