Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts

We eat a lot of chicken in this house. It’s relatively inexpensive and there are a million and more recipes for it.   This grilled chicken is perhaps, our favorite and it’s great hot off the grill and even better chilled and cut up and tossed into a salad. Being healthy only adds to the wonderfulness of this recipe.  There really is no recipe to this, other than whipping up the Mediterranean Herb Marinade.  Easy Peasey!


4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (trim off any fat)
1 batch of Mediterranean Herb Marinade


Spread the chicken breasts with the Mediterranean Herb Marinade.

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Grill, roast, or broil till done.

See, I told you it was easy!
